Kin provides privacy and account management resources directly on the web and in the app.
If you can’t access your account, contact support and include the email address linked to your Kin account, along with a brief description of the issue.
Please send a short description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and screenshots if possible. This helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.
You can request account deletion directly from the app settings if the option is available to your version, or by emailing support. Deleting your account permanently removes the associated Kin data.
Contact support and include the email linked to your Kin account plus a short description of the billing issue.
